The independent living rental options at Advent Christian Village consist of over 275 senior living homes. Options range from mid-rise apartment buildings to ground level duplexes and cluster apartments. Efficiency apartment, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options are available.

All residences feature:

Taylor Commons Neighborhood

Taylor Commons is an independent living neighborhood of two-bedroom, two bath (or one-and-a-half bath) senior apartments with large kitchens, open concept living spaces and several upscale features. These modern, comfortable and maintenance-free homes are great for retired individuals and couples.

Lawrence House encompasses eight senior rental apartments on two floors, and when construction is complete, the rest of Taylor Commons will consist of 22 single-story townhomes.

At Carter House independent living apartments, rent costs for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment do not exceed 30% of monthly income with a gross income under $36,550 for a single person or $41,750 for a couple. Rent includes water and taxes.

Efficiency
At Dowling House independent living rentals, rent costs for an efficiency apartment do not exceed $701 for a single person with a gross annual income under $36,550 or $41,750 for a couple. Rent includes water, electricity and taxes.

One-bedroom Apartment
At Dowling House independent living rentals, rent costs for a one-bedroom apartment do not exceed $809 for a single person with a gross annual income under $36,550 or $41,750 for a couple. Rent includes water, electricity and taxes.
