The independent living rental options at Advent Christian Village consist of over 275 senior living homes. Options range from mid-rise apartment buildings to ground level duplexes and cluster apartments. Efficiency apartment, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options are available.

Taylor Commons is an independent living neighborhood of 22 single story, two-bedroom, two bath townhomes with large kitchens, open concept living spaces, attached single car garage and upscale features. These modern, comfortable and maintenance-free homes are great for retired individuals and couples.
Lawrence House is a bright and open building with just four apartments each on a first and second floor (with elevators). Apartments are two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath, with first floor units also including a small covered patio. There is a spacious and comfortable common area on the first floor where residents can visit with guests, gather for social events or meet up for meals. One hour of weekly housekeeping is included in the rent. Each unit has its own covered parking area with locked storage.

Smith Riverview independent living apartments offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Rent includes water, a $100 meal allowance per month and the convenience of weekly housekeeping.

At Carter House there are 99 independent living apartments, rent costs for a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment do not exceed 30% of monthly income with a gross income under $36,550 for a single person or $41,750 for a couple.
One-bedroom units are 612 square feet; two-bedroom units are 788 square feet. Two-bedroom units are designated for two persons and written verification of need for two bedrooms must be supplied; limited availability.
Rent includes water and taxes. One small pet under 15 lbs. is permitted per unit.

At Dowling House there are 31 income-based independent living rentals, rent costs for an efficiency apartment do not exceed $701 for a single person with a gross annual income under $36,550 or $41,750 for a couple. Rent includes water, electricity and taxes. Efficiency units are 447 square feet; one-bedroom units are 583 square feet, with limited availability.
